Our Story

After Hours Pickleball started the way a lot of good ideas do — on the court, in the fading light, wishing we had just one more hour. Our founding group loved evening games but kept losing playtime to the same frustrating problem: it got too dark to see the ball.

We tried headlamps, construction flood lights, even stringing up holiday LEDs. Nothing worked well enough. The glare was blinding, the setups were clunky, and half the court stayed in shadow. So we set out to build something better — portable lighting engineered from the ground up for pickleball courts.

Today our kits light up courts in neighborhoods, parks, and rec centers across the country. We're a small, focused team of pickleball players and product designers, and every decision we make is guided by one question: does this help more people play more pickleball?
